The first legs of the semi-finals will take place on April 26 and 27, with the returns scheduled for May 3 and 4. City and Atletico will play the first legs at home.
The final will be on May 28, kicking off at 20:45CET at Milan's San Siro, where the winners of the tie between City and Madrid will be the nominal home team.
